TIME
… reveals all.
Time reveals the gifts and the flaws. Time helps us digest, understand, and heal.
Time helps us grow. Time repeats itself until we see what’s needed to grow. Until we see the wounded pattern and find means to rise above.
Time reveals betrayals. Wait. Let me rephrase that.
Give someone enough time and they will show you who they are. Not who they say. Give it more time and they will show you again. This applies to all of us too, of course.
I’ve found that the best use of Time is seeking honest feedback. Asking for support when you need. Asking for guidance when you don’t know. Ask and you shall receive, this I have found to be true.
Time works eloquently when there is Honesty. The challenge is that Honesty only comes with some level of Maturity and self-awareness.
Because Honesty is aligned with Accountability. Our ability to be open and honest depends on how much we are comfortable with being accountable — for the consequences that follow our choices, actions, and decisions.
I’m sorry if I sound preachy again. I was mourning a certain loss, it only truly hit me some days ago. I had to say goodbye when I didn’t want to. When I wasn’t ready and when I didn’t know how.
It took Time to show me who (and what) is aligned with my values, and who (and what) is not (and vice versa). Mother Time, Kali, is impersonal that way. But She reveals.
“Cease your delighting in those who are not ready for Our Shakti. Give them Time, give them Space. But let them go.”
With a heavy heart I can only learn to agree. Time always teaches us more.
